Im tough because like David the lord meade him that way.........I dont deny my courage and past history to stand up to bullies and niether Does God....

ya....always about someone else and how sick they are. Funny thing is, you've spewed your bitter attitude all over this thread just like anyone else and you're too hung up on yourself to see it.

I was at a meeting once, where speaker after speaker got up and told their horror stories, admitting to lying, cheating, stealing, the usual, then almost without fail, each one said, oh, but I was still a good person. Haha. Yeah, makes one wonder what they really think is good. Then, one fellow is asked to share, and he gets up to the podium, and right off, is saying, I don't know about being good; I stole because I was a thief, and I lied because I am a liar, and I cheated because I am a cheater. I could not help but admire his sheer transparency and honesty. He did not try to embellish or justify or hide it, just the flat out unadorned truth. I got to know him a year or so later, and discovered, lo! He was a Christian.

There is a reason we are told to not think of ourselves more highly than we ought to think of ourselves.....proper perspective.....JESUS on the pedestal and every man abased.....
I think that the idea that a ''real'' Christian cant sin is one of the worst of the false beliefs people can get saddled with because it can destroy the faith of new and weaker Christians to the extent that they can stop having fellowship with others or give up altogether feeling condemned and questioning their salvation.

AMEN to this as well.....this particular type of ideology that permeates Christianity today sets up those new or weak in the faith to fail....they give up after failing a few times thinking they cannot LIVE UP to the standards of the HOLY Christians....<--Holier than thou that is.....!
