Do you fear the Creator to the point of refuging in Him when someone threaten you?
• Pro 14:26 -> “In the fear of Jehovah is strong hope, and His sons shall have a place of refuge.”.
Those who fear to sadden (Eph 4:30) the Creator will get many blessings. For instance:
1 – They will experience intimate communion with Jesus and the healing of their soul and spirit (see John 4:14; 7:37-39):
• Mal 4:2 - > “But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise, and healing will be on His wings. And you shall go out and frisk like calves of the stall.”.
2 – They won’t need to worry about justice and wisdom because the Creator will be their justice and will teach them what is important and necessary (Isa 48:17,18):
• Ecc 7:16-18 -> “Do not be righteous overmuch, neither make yourself overwise; why destroy yourself? Do not be very wicked, and do not be a fool; why should you die before your time? It is good that you should take hold of this; yea, also from this do not withdraw your hand; for he who fears God shall come forth from all of them.”.
3 – They will find hope, help and refuge in the Creator:
• Pro 3:25,26 -> “Do not be afraid of sudden fear, nor of the destroying of the wicked, when it comes. For Jehovah shall be your hope, and shall keep your foot from being taken.”.
But, what is the fear of the Creator? To abide by His commandments, not for fear of the nemesis, but for love of Him and His commandments:
• Psa 112:1 -> “Praise Jehovah! Blessed is the man who fears Jehovah, who delights greatly in His Commandments.”.
Have a good day finding pleasure in all the Word of the Creator and looking on His commandments as an expression of love (1John 5:3).
