To mine sight...
doth Thou Spirit cast unto me Thy brightness...
Thus the dark light...
that crawls upon me in Shadow...
flees from Thy pursuit of me... O God..
Illuminate to me Thy path...
where Thou feet has pressed against the dew...
and Thine fellowship awaits me.. in the Cool of Eve..
In mine thoughts...
did Thou Spirit not carve in me...
to yearn, to seek the Old Way...
Swept as unto Thine Holy Mountain...
among-est Angels and Cherubim of yore...
through the fire and the smoke of the Almighty...
Caught up unto Thy Throne... Abba..
unto Thine Emerald Midst...
How doth Thou Spirit...
fix upon me tongues of Fire.. and Thy praise...
or cause mine heart to leap.. or faint..
and mine ear to hearth Thee
That mine Spirit-Man in faith...
might draw virtue from Thee... O Christ Jesus..
For upon Thine Rock I have fallen down..
and have been broken unto mine death..
Mine conscience...
doth Thou Spirit collapse... in sin...
with the Righteous gaze of Thy loving eyes...
The Blood.. of Lamb and Cross...
that hath cleansed.. and fixed me in Thine chains..
Tis in this alone... in mine hurt... O My Lord...
that I might fine joy in Thine encounters...
and flee the sting of Serpent...
Is mine Psyche...
not wrenched as Ship in Gale...
as Thine great-battle descends inwards..to its depths..
upon the Old Fellow of the Soul...
Doth Thou Spirit's Embers...
not make known to mine Eye.. this Wretched Fool..
and the fallen passage ways...
of the Dark-Deep of Dragon... O Holy Spirit..
To the Bridegroom...
hath Thou Spirit not pressed me...
towards His Chambers... O Lover of mine Soul...
Whom I have sought without wink.. through the long dark night..
for with the measure of Thine Light given me...
was I measured against the Deep...
The Ancient Ruins, here seen.. frightened me..
Yet by Thine Word.. they fell as ashes..
Upon mine Soul...
hath Thou Spirit coverth me.. in white..
though frail... have I power with God...
that I might tread upon monsters.. out side the Keep..
From Living Stone.. draweth I Thine Sword...
and set upon Thy War Horses of Heaven... afoot..
To post upon Thy Standards .. heads of Beasts.. O Risen One..
How did Thy footprints lead me here.....
O Thou Captain of the Army of Hosts...
doth Thou Spirit cast unto me Thy brightness...
Thus the dark light...
that crawls upon me in Shadow...
flees from Thy pursuit of me... O God..
Illuminate to me Thy path...
