Not many people are willing to write a document like this, though I thought I would give you a bit of information.

You may have noticed things go along a specific coarse, even though the factors seem varying and uncontrolled.

Politically, presidential elections in the united states go along a similar back and forth, republican then democrat.

However, the state of things are on the same coarse, even with people of different viewpoints in position.

The owners of the media and their friends, sit down and plan out the way countries will go.

They then go and implant their agreed upon agenda into the media, they put it over the airwaves, and broadcast them into your homes, where some people view them, and ignore them.

But some people grab onto them, and accept the ideas they hear over the media, and go out in the world, some do nothing with it, some attempt to implement the ideas.

This creates instance where people are actively pushing the ideas they hear, which the media then goes back and reports on, now, the idea can be presented as a real thing people care about. Seeing people on TV in support of the idea, gives credibility to it, and more people take hold of the idea. These ideas can be controversy's about abortion, free speech, what should be allowed, or gun control. Anything which would require a new law to be passed to implement it. Marijuana legalization is not part of it, this comes from people, and has been around for decades.

These topics are broadcasted and rebroadcasted, each time reaching more and more people, and gain more following. Until the point where they become a national story, people talking about it constantly, until people in government hear more and more about them, and they become their topics of focus, because the people care about them.

These topics then become so important in the people's opinions, they start broadcasting a demand for action on them, people become more increasingly concerned over these issues, there becomes a sense they must be addressed.

Members of a group called the illuminated ones, who are watching events, then begin drafting a proposal for a new law, and submitting them to the government. Anyone can draft and submit a proposal for a new law and submit it (bills), so they do, these proposals address the issue in the way most suited to their agenda, and contain lines which the public finds beneficial, which the media then reports on to gain public approval of the new proposal. However, anybody who looks into these proposals, finds most of them are much longer than it would take to address the issue, sometimes even to long for most people to read in time. Contained in these proposals is usually other agendas which are not related or somewhat related to the issue. The proposal then submitted to become a law. Illuminated ones then begin to lobby congress to support their proposals into becoming law, they do this with individuals and superpacs, they form to lobby the government. The cost of living goes up, and employers choose to not compete with it in what they pay employees, people's lives become busier and they do not have time for what becomes extra parts of living in society, such as writing congressmen their views. Without hearing directly from people they represent, congressmen have only the news, lobbyists, and super pacs telling them opinions to represent. When these things are unified, it means they only hear one opinion from the country from most of the people they deal with. This affects them when they go to vote on a proposal, because they have no dissenting opinions from people to suggest they are wanted to vote against them. So they vote for the proposal, and it gets sent to the president who usually signs it into law. Because congressmen usually have one source of opinion on a bill, they sometimes pass bills which are detrimental to the country, this leads to the belief by the population that they are corrupt. There are also illuminated ones in positions of enforcement of these laws, but any more detail on the law enforcement side of this, is not suitable to share here, and I have almost no information on it regardless.

When politicians run for office, they too, because these issues are important to the people, run on platforms of these topics, the issues are reinforced this way as well, and they become more a part of the country conversation. People have noticed however, once a candidate gets into office, they gain access to the other issues facing the nation, and realize how non important the issues they ran on are, and they usually fall to the wayside so more important issues can be addressed. The media then reports on the lack of their platform issues being addressed to reinforce that it is again, the politicians who are corrupt. This then allows them to run smear campaigns, presented as concern over issues they know are not very important, to keep giving people something to talk about to make them feel they are staying active politically, when the issues they speak of are not important.

This is what happens in the branches of a larger forming system, which has been in place however not complete for nearly about 80 years. This happens in all first world countries, who are part of the UN, this unifies them into one global entity. Part of the UN, is America, the UK with Britian, which owns Canada, russia, china will soon be part, or perhaps even a unified asian country alliance similar to the UK, The collective head of Africa, Mexico and Australia. Leaving the middle east, which is currently being attempted to be conquered, with the intention of "bringing democracy" to them, turning them into part of one of the existing regions, and one other portion of a continent I would rather not draw attention to, though the UN does have contracts with people from this area. All of these heads, leaders if you will, have a government in their homeland, America actually having three government levels, federal, state, and local governments, meaning the UN collectively mainly has 7 heads, and 10 crowns. They also maintain authority over surrounding oceans. The Bible typically uses a beast for a metaphor for a governmental being, thus, making this from a biblical perspective, a beast with 7 heads and 10 crowns, well, not quite yet, but people are pressuring China to join, and are conquering the middle east, so soon it will be a beast with 7 heads and 10 crowns which has one foot on land and one foot in the sea, which is positioned to have dominion over the whole world.

This will not last long, which is why it is written this event requires patience. Remember any person ever saying, "how do you know religion is not made up, somebody could have easily made it up, well somebody is currently making one up, presented as a combination of christianity and the muslim religion, to be pressured on notions of tolerance and belief which is already being circulated that the muslim religion is the next development in the events of the christian religion, the purposed new religion, which is probably going to be said to be a compromise and unifying force between the nations which practice the separate religions currently, is going to be blasphemous in the ways of christianity, and upon the head of the beast, will likely be called, chrislam. Unified governments across the world practicing chrislam are not going to be in favor of christianity, which would call it blasphemous and urge it's followers not to follow, as the ones who believe strongly will already not want to follow anyway. This will lead to The UN, acting through nations to "wage war on the holy." to get rid of discounting views of it and punish people for disobedience. It is believed in scripture this will look like the arrest and beheading of people who do not give up the christian faith. Scripture says you will be given a throne in heaven if you go through this process without denouncing the christian faith.

The laws are similar in these places already, no drugs, no violence, submit to random laws, and coming soon, be chrislamic.

This is what I see when I look at world events, I have no access to documentation, and no connections for information which would be illegal to obtain.

It's spelled 'course', not 'coarse'.

The difference between an incidental benefit and a purposefully insitiuted benefit is underaged smoking, a purposefully instituted benefit is strictly mandating identification with picture and age for attaining cigarettes, and an incidental benefit would be convincing smokers to not smoke inside, making it easier to catch underaged smokers and the people they're getting it from.

"It is not a matter of national security to specifically make the person aware of their environment, to do so is not to expose secret measures of security or specific information regarding national defense.

Teaching the individual about the state of the world is the right of any person who knows the state of the world, and the inherent right of anybody who can access the state of the world, to know. Merely reporting on the state of the world reports on all nations equally and does not single out one for description over the others.

It is not necessary or proper to restrict the flow of information from the everyday citizen regarding the environment he finds himself in everyday, having knowledge of his environment is a right any person has to have to keep themselves safe and able to make proper decisions about his actions in his life, and it would be a violation of the person's right to make an informed decision to restrict access to the information needed for the citizen to know the environment he finds himself in, and it is not necessary or proper for this information to be withheld from him, so long as specific details about any nation's defenses are not exposed as well."
