We may learn in the Bible that we should love our enemy.

And this part could be easily understand wrongly, like that we should like pray and almost like hug our enemies, even though we do not find actually that kind of behavior in the Gospel's or the letters of dear brother apostles.

Our lord in the cross he pray for hes enemies, saying that "Father forgive them, because they do not know what they are doing"

And Stefanos by words. "Lord do not count this sin on them"

And this were like the last words what they say, but before that, there was rebuking, teaching, exhortations and all that kind of speak in use, what we should also use for our enemies today, instead that we start to make prayers for them, or speak nice things about them, because that is not the way what we should go, but newer we should like curse them, but always be like ready help them if they turn, but not being to too nearby to them.

So it is not about to be a friend to our enemies, but to be the light for everyone, which spread the truth.

so, I need to ask this: are we to pray or not to pray when it comes to our enemies? From what I read here, it seems like the answer is "no, do not pray for your enemies, they don't deserve it."

But of course..YOU are to listen to those on the internet, and decide .."DO I really care what those on the internet say? Isn't GOD's WORD our source of strength? The ball is in your court...on any topic...use the BIBLE as your guide..GOD will not pull you aside and ask "UH, did you post your concerns and get advice from the internet?"
