To sign in the first time you may need to go to your "download" and find the ChristianChat.exe setup and click on it.
It should also appear on your desktop after that for future log in.

Yes. Thats how downloading software works and has for decades.
But of course you neglected to mention you're referring to the chat rooms and not the forums. Thus potentially causing more confusion.
