it is to remain calm when confronted with disturbing or restless events
that often arise.
-Angry and resentment bring cause of conduct that often causes behavior
that are often sadly regretted down the road, and words and actions are not retrievable.
- Thank God I have become more disciplined by keeping in mind I gain nothing by getting 'out of shape' over things I cannot change, and I have learned to accept and maintain
my spiritual awareness of how I should be according to God's principles, not always easy but
be assured things become more orderly...believe it.

this being of utmost significance in making claim of a relationship with Christ our Lord, and to know
