Bless the moment, trust yourself and expect the best.
--Huna philosophy.

What good, simple advice. Yet, many have a hard time following it...being more comfortable
with complicated and confusing advice.

One reason is because we try to live in the past or future and ignore the present.
Outcomes are predicted based on past events, old hurts and fear.
When lived this way, the present is always suspect, ready to yield disaster.
We can't trust anyone, least of all ourselves.
So, we "bounce back and forth" from the past to the future, worried and afraid.

When we keep things simple, we !et the present moment just be.
We don't need to compare or predict.

We need only bless the moment and live it fully.

My thought for the day is:

If I said what was on my mind, I'd be speechless.

I wish that were true, but for better or worse the past is with us, no matter how far down we try to bury it.

Sage advice doesn't mean add to your receive but that the advice is is a tried and proven dish!

Overheard a man telling the woman with him:

"You look like I need a drink"

hmm....... :)
