No - he's saying 'language-like', and exactly right in that it's not going to sound like the speaker's native language.
It always amazes me how quick people are to jump to conclusions about someone based solely on the fact that said person does not agree with their beliefs 100%. If someone does not fit into your box of beliefs, they are instantly branded. Kind of sad, actually.
To touch briefly on your question - No, I am not "born again", no, I am not an Atheist, and no, I am not a Satanist. And, no, I don't believe my personal beliefs are relevant to the subject topic.
I assumed that you would have an emotional reason for their use. I am a Hebridean and so I have preached at the stones in the Summer Solstice to ward off all those Satanist's who are ambitious of their pagan festivals.
Actually I haven't met a real Satanist anywhere in the Hebrides - but I have chased one through the machair once who ravaged a flock. At the Solstice in Callanish they were mostly dizzy girls and a few toke head boys who were just miffed about life. They almost always turned out to be in favour of a cup of tea at the site cafe rather than endure those Calvinist boys who take no prisoners. All is well.

But they are. Especially because you hang around here criticizing this particular topic yet refuse to give what you believe. It's a rather unfair advantage that you come with a critical spirit, and when asked you won't be open as we have been with what believe to you. It is quite unfair and rude.

Before anyone alerted me on this Thread concerning your Beliefs, the Holy Spirit, to which whom you are negating the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, informed me about YOU!
I even mentioned, well before being notified concerning You, that the Gift of Discernment from the Holy Spirit had already put into my spirit that YOU were not a Believer, but that You are here for YOUR OWN SELFISH PURPOSE.
And now, You admit that YOU, No, I am not "born again", no, I am not an Atheist, and no, I am not a Satanist.
Not being Born Again, means, YOU have Purposefully DENIED CHRIST!
So, by that REJECTION alone, YOU are equal to an ATHEIST/SATANIST!
@Kavik It takes the Spirit to understand Spiritual things. You are not going to find it anywhere else. You're not going to be able to pin it down with textbooks and linguistics studies.
You need to have a talk with Jesus.
Like I said before you are going to have to take it to the Lord in faith.

If you will repent and put your faith and trust in Him...He will save you and open up your understanding.

Being here since 2017 has given him ample time to know the Truth about God. So, for him to remain unchanged, not repented, not Born Again, speaks Volumes about his spiritual well being and his sole purpose for being on this forum.
I really think he is Mormon or Jehova Witness, who denies the Deity of Christ and totally rejects the Spirit of God.
But, what Mormon and Jehova Witness are not equal to an Atheist and Satanist by their Rejection of Christ?

Shoot even dogs have a language. I also have a German Shepard. Since hubby works, sometimes long hrs. I raised her and she's a bit of a "mommy's girl". Follows me everywhere, typical GS. But she'll sit and look deeply in my eyes and I usually know what that means, no words at at all. She has three different vocals she uses. She howls like a wolf if she is lonely, she has a little girlish "yip" if she wants to come inside but if she's angry at an intruder you hear her all over the neighborhood. When she barks like that most people assume she's a male. I understand what all those vocals mean, to my parents who babysit sometimes, they are all the same bark.

Very well said. Tongues may be an interesting subject to debate and discuss, but it's not important a topic as salvation. And that's the only topic one should focus on, considering the times we are in. Though I do think it's unfair that Kavik isn't clear about his beliefs while criticizing others, the most important thing is that he hears the Good News and his heart be changed. It is rather hard for an analytical person to have faith. I do hope he comes to an understanding before it's too late.
