Not only that but 70 billion was for Ukraine and that war and $0 was for the wall. It was a joke "boarder security" bill for show to ram through other things. Anyone that buys into the lie that Trump undermined this administrations attempt to strengthen the boarder is very uninformed and just doesn't have any clue at all what they're talking about. Period. They're stupid talking point made by the worst administration in history, and those who buy it are their own enemies along with being the American peoples enemy. Ignorance will kill and there's no excuse to be uninformed these days.

No it didn't. It severely rolls back the asylum system, puts stricter criteria on granting asylum, speeds up hearings and deportations, adds tons of resources to border enforcement, ends "catch and release",

And again, those are encounters, not crossings. Under the bill those encountered would either be turned away or, if they make an asylum claim, immediately detained and their case decided within 15 days (with them being detained the entire time).
That's just simply wrong. The bill specifically mandates the capture and detention of migrants until their cases are finished, IOW ending "catch and release".

I thought Trump had a poor debate because he didn't clearly annunciate his positions and contrast them to hers. He missed several opportunities to show she was lying, and was baited some and fell for it. His closing statement should have been his theme: if she was really for moving forward, why didn't she do so for the last 4 years.
That said, Harris didn't give anyone reason to vote for her. Besides playing Santa with free presents for first time homeowners and new parents, she has no vision; only platitudes. My head almost exploded when she said Trump was the one dividing people. It is Democrats who divide everyone into groups and then tell them they have been abused in some way and deserve some form of reparations. It was Joe Biden who said if black people didn't vote for him then they aren't really black. How much more racist can you be? It was Bill Clinton and Ted Kennedy who at a reception for Obama commented that 50 years earlier he would be serving their drinks. And it was the Democrat party that owned slaves, pushed the Jim Crow laws, and opposed integration. The party of division and racism has always been the Democrats. Shoot, they even elected former KKK members to the Senate. What a proud tradition.
People are free to vote as they like, but I will never understand how a Christian can vote for a Democrat.

Trump watches the news like a lot of us. That's what he was going by.
Yes, illegals are from poor places that eat pets. Venezuelans have been starving since their own communist takeover like the one that began in the USA. The broke into their zoos and ate all the exhibits years ago. A pet is a treat and normal fare to them.
Heck, in my neighborhood the chief of police stole my pet Tortoise that I shared with schools, churches, and big festivals, bringing joy to many families most of my life. I don't know if he ate him, but he's gone all the same.

I don't claim to be perfect or know everything. In fact, I usually state explicitly that I don't always know. This was an honest mistake. My apologies.
Having said this, I genuinely hope her 2019 stance isn't her 2024 stance. This is so insane. It's no longer funny, but quite scary that it's true.

Just like I said. Trump's performance at last night's debate was like an Infowars episode.
I'm sure that plays to his always loyal and rather unhinged base, but it's definitely not playing well with anyone else.
Oh, and FYI my wife is actually from Springfield, OH (went to Springfield South HS before it was closed) and her family still lives there. She called her sister (who teaches in Springfield schools) and she said it's all completely fake.
So again I have to wonder why some peoples' ears are tickled by this rather racist fake story. Given your earlier post where you rooted for white supremacists, I think the answer is obvious.
