Keep up the good work.
A few years ago, my wife decided that she would quit all her medications. She didn't tell anyone, including me. She was walking around like a zombie. She sat in her chair and stared into space. She would stumble over nothing and fell several times. When we went to see the doctor, he would either change the dosage, or the medication. Nothing helped because she ignored the changes. By accident, I found her pill stash. I decided that it was time for close monitoring, so I did the following.
We sat down for a long talk. We decided to get back on her medications one step at a time.
We started with her diabetes medication. She noticed the immediate improvement.
Next, we added her thyroid medication. Everything was improving except her arthritis.
We addressed that by adding her medication.
When we went to the doctor, her blood work had improved. Her vitamin B and D levels were still low. We added a multivitamin and B12 supplements.
Throughout the six months that we went through this process, we never stopped praying.
Today we still have a blood pressure problem and a pancreatic exocrine problem to deal with. We are working on them.
I shared this story to encourage you to treat your physical problems, continue to pray, and make sure that you have someone nearby to keep you on track.
