Put a little alarm icon on the bottem of the screen. When a troll comes in, you click the alarm icon and it sounds..WOOOP WOOOOP WOOOOP!!!!!! All mods would be able to hear it no matter what room they are in.
 
Bad idea. The trolls would certainly co-op this feature to misuse against non-trolls.
