Turkey Hides Genocide Behind Invasion of Syria

Despite Turkish Promises, Christian Casualties Reported During Invasion

10/10/19 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that on October 9, 2019, Turkey began its Operation Peace Spring incursion into northern Syria. Significant damage and casualties were reported in Christian-dominated areas.

According to the Turkish Defense Ministry, 181 Syrian locations were shelled. A ground offensive began immediately following the artillery strikes. Today, President Erdogan announced that 109 so-called “terrorists” were killed during the beginning stages of the operation. However, initial field reports indicate a severe impact on civilians which included targeted attacks against Christian communities.

The operation began by shelling Tel Abyad, where the Armenian Christian community reported 16 families directly in the line of fire. Although the families had permanently resided there through the Syrian Civil War, the Turkish operation was deemed too dangerous for their continued presence. Immediate evacuation plans were established for the families, reportedly in coordination with the Armenian government. Two civilians were reportedly killed in Tel Abyad.

The city of Qamishli also reported heavy shelling by Turkish forces. The city is the largest in northeastern Syria, and has a heavy Assyrian and Armenian Christian population. The Assyrian Monitor for Human Rights reported the targeted shelling of houses. Two Syriac Christians, a man and woman, were reportedly killed. Two children were also reportedly killed.

The Assyrian Monitor for Human Rights also reported that one civilian was killed in the village of Mobrouka and two in the village of Mishrafa. In the village of Ayn Issa, a name which translates into Jesus, Turkish shelling of the village was accompanied by social media posts of ISIS attacks in the area. Seven civilians were reportedly killed. ISIS had also launched significant attacks in Raqqa and Homs.

Turkey began its invasion of northern Syria after the sudden announcement by the White House on Sunday which approved of the operation. Many of the civilians residing in the geographical location of the invasion are descendants of those who escaped the 1915 genocide committed by Turkey.

The nation’s Directorate of Religious Affairs organized a 90,000 mosque wide recitation of morning Islamic prayers which encouraged Turkish soldiers to attack apostates and atheists throughout the invasion.

out ' allies' the kurds are threating to release isis prisoners they have back into the population.

just search " kruds isis ', and see how the isis guys " escaped".

so, beware of who the media ( lairs ) tell you our " allies" are.

News today, Business Insider, just 36 minutes ago.
Trump suggested the Kurds were releasing ISIS prisoners, but US officials say Turkish-backed forces are actually doing this

Well, for one thing, these forces have fought one another for centuries. This conflict isn't new between any side reported.
ME countries and peoples hate us until they need us. Why should we risk our lives for a thousands of year conflict raging again? And again!

Secondly, if the Kurds are legitimately able to fulfill this threat then they're not really allies of the free world at all. ISIS fighters, some conspiracy reports claim the acronym stands for Israeli Secret Intelligence Service, knowing how dedicated they are as a terrorist fighting force, then they're not only ridiculous for keeping them alive as their supposed mortal enemy so that they can be used in this way as a threat, but the Kurds really don't care about the region's people at all if they're ready to let loose those who will slaughter them with impunity.

Politics of this nature are high drama. The powers in charge will always do what best serves themselves first and their people second. Trump is a good man in my view. Though like any person seated in politics, though he's not a classic politician, there are times when duc tape should have come into play over his mouth, I believe he is a Christian, a patriot and loves America. And as such being he is also a narcissist, which is ideal for that job, he's not going to darken his legacy in the history books with a bad move now.
He puts his name on the properties he builds or buys. Now the history books are going to carry his name forever. He's not going to screw that up. It is a legacy that his children and grandchildren and those generations in the future will look back on. He's going to do the right thing. Even though sometimes it appears as if he has the wrong people working beside him.
But sooner or later he takes care of them too. "YOU"RE FIRED!"

:giggle: Now if only Hillary, Comey, and Barack would hear, "YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!" it would be a perfectly good Monday in the states.

The way I view it is every time we step out things get worse. Other countries gain control and when things get worse over in the middle east it affects us all. We turned our backs on Israel for too long. And the Christians in that region face genocide every day. A enemy to Israel should be a enemy to us. I support Trump. I support most of his policies but this one always sees the results of a vacuum. We pull out and all the lives lost and territory gained was for nothing because the enemy just moves back in and usually worse than before.

It happened in Desert Storm, in Operation Iraqi Freedom as Obama began to pull us out, and now we are trying it again. I truly hope I will have to admit my feelings wrong. And in the future we aren't forced back into these areas.

I don't know that the U.S has ever turned our back on Israel. I don't think we can ignore the differences in the might of Israel's surrounding enemies compared to tiny Israel in the midst of them all. How's this for perspective? Israel is demarcated in red.

Make no mistake, Israel isn't the timid tiny one getting bombarded by evil without acting in retaliation. Israeli children are taught to hate Arabs. And vice versa. Of course there can be exceptions as we know. However, hate grows deep generation after generation and especially bomb after bomb.
What to do? Wen at least Iran has made it very public their ideal world is one where Israel is wiped off the face of the map. Look at that map above to imagine how easy that would be if not for Israel having very powerful allies. The United States of America being the most powerful.

Another point, and what is little known to American taxpayers is that our tax dollars also go to support the terrorist faction in Palestine. Called the, Pay For Slay, program. Though there is now a bill in the House, finally, that would stop this ridiculous funding that pays dead terrorists families .
ACLJ - 18 months ago
Major Victory: U.S. to Stop Funding Palestinian Authority over “Pay for Slay” Payments to Terrorists at War With Israel

And now this: Introduced September 19, 2019
H.R. 4411: Iron Dome Reinforcement Act of 2019
To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to limit assistance to the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization, and for other purposes. See:GovTrack

Call and write your representatives. It's one thing to talk about this stuff, it is another to lend your voice where it can help to prayerfully make a change.

What is wrong with acting in retaliation as a Nation defending its people? Peaceful Arabs are welcomed in Israel. Idk what the children are taught but they show a heck of restraint to be filled with so much hate. As much as they are attacked I am always surprised they are not going more offensive and taking land. Always trying to negotiate just to have the Palestinian leaders to spit in their face and claim the same old promise of wiping them off the Earth.

The US has had its times with antisemitism just as any other hate groups have deep roots in American history. Not as a whole nation but yes it existed and is still manifesting today during the recent shootings at places of worship. Regardless our actions are needed to help defend Israel because

Romans 11 New International Version (NIV)
The Remnant of Israel
11 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don’t you know what Scripture says in the passage about Elijah—how he appealed to God against Israel: 3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me”? 4 And what was God’s answer to him? “I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” 5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

They are still God's chosen Nation and a unknown remnant still miraculously stands. We must do all we can to keep the peace for their sake and our own. We have been at war with Islam since 1801. They consider us a Christian Nation and we must die. This idealogy doesn't fade away if we just simply walk away.

As for your tax paying statements. I am not sure how that is relevant to troops in Syria. But like I said I usually support most of what this administration has done or doing.

What is interesting about it? If they would stop following in the footsteps of Muhammad and his jihad then maybe America and Israel wouldn't have to check in so often. If more people would read the Quran, hadiths and the Sira then maybe people would be more hesitant to such idealogies.

Why do you watch Islamic news media???

I mean, I am not caught in the right/ left, black / white mindset.

I am a American ( actually a confederate first , from the great state of Ga.).

I support America and Israel , but not blindly.

I do not believe most of the media, no television media at all. it is all lies and propaganda,

like this- remember the gas attack in Syria a couple of years ago? well, it was faked by the white helments ( look up who they are).

the tape had them laughing and them springing into " hospital scene after gas attack " mode.

trump was only shown a small part of the tape, then he launched cruise missiles into Syria.

20+ year old missiles , with just built shiny new ones ready to replace them...

I guarantee you saw none of that in most media here in America.

oh, and when trump saw the whole tape, with the clowning around and going into character, he was furious and began to change his thoughts on the whole Syria situation.

I’m embarrassed by the fact that we’re pulling out. We’re leaving the scene to Russia and Iran. Who benefits from that?

Oh, nothing is wrong with defending against an enemy that wants you totally destroyed. Though one might ponder the, turn the other cheek, love your enemy, passages of scripture to see how those would apply to today's Israel.

I have a friend who served in the documentary capacity for the ME years ago. She and her crew, a cameraman on this one day, decided to walk through Israel, Jerusalem if I'm not mistaken, to take in the culture of Jewish life and to interview people as to their perspective of the Arab issue and their future. Especially the children.
The cameraman is filming her as she walks up this one street , she has a scarf over her head so as to accommodate tradition on both sides, Jewish and Muslim. All the sudden she yelps, yelps again, turns.
The camera guy was not as vocal but he turns his camera about and there are these little boys, I'd say about 8 to 10 years of age(?) , following her and stoning her as she proceeds. Even as she turns to confront them.
They're yelling, filthy Arab! Die! And such as that, as she tries to explain she's an American doing a documentary. But she happened to have dark hair and a tan. That was good enough for these boys. Who continued to stone her, aiming for her face, head, body, as she spoke. Unrelenting until a older man came out of somewhere to the side of the frame , we couldn't see where he had actually come from, and spoke to them sharply in Hebrew to stop. They did.

So unless we've been there , especially if we have dark features or are even of Arab decent, I don't think we can say hatred is not part of the culture in Israel nor in Palestine. Hate is a virus. It spreads and multiplies with time.

Her video was put on YouTube a few years ago so as to provide free access to uncensored documentary reporting on the ground, sort of speak.
Last I looked, which was latter part of 2018, I couldn't find it. And the computer I had it saved on caught a virus and I was stupid enough to think it being relatively new I wouldn't need to backup my files as yet, so I don't even have the title of the video anymore.

But YT is known for censoring videos that don't comport with Google's world view so I'm really not surprised. Of course she got the Arab perspective in that feature as well. However, as she proceeded through their streets, and even into the Israeli prison so as to interview prisoners, she was not stoned nor accosted. I thought that was fascinating. Because she clearly was not Arab, as Arabs there would see, but she also could have easily been mistaken as a Hebrew woman, being her cameraman as I recall was Jewish.

Hate.
It's ugly.

Nothing to ponder. God gives commands to 3 different groups. The Government, the Church and the individual. Do research on God's commands for government.

I would need more evidence to believe the Jewish education system is teaching hate. Otherwise all this shows is two boys showing hate and one older man showing compassion. For all we know those little boys just lost a loved one in a missile strike that happens way too often over there.

I am not saying hate isnt found on both sides because actually many Jewish people have become atheists or atleast nonreligious. I'm just saying it is a stretch so far for me to believe that the Jewish education system teaches to hate filthy Arabs.

Even if they did it still wouldn't be with to give up on Israel as explained in the Friends of Israel ministry website.

That's my son. He was a master technician that worked on the Bradley's (what he's riding in) and became an NCO in charge (and was promoted to Warrant Officer) of shops that they were serviced and repaired in, at Ft. Sill Ok. and Ft. Irwin Ca. He learned today that a soldier that was under his supervision comitted suicide. Stress and PTSD were retriggered by constantly watching the news about the US/Syria/Turkey and Kurdish fiasco. That makes 3 so far. He's very shaken up about the whole rotten mess. Especially at the loss of soldiers he cared about. No words of consolation are requested nor criticisms would be appreciated.

There's more wrong then right about the entire debacle.
