I've never heard of these types of people..lol..as long as we are in the flesh..we will sin in our flesh.
There is a distinction between the flesh and the new man..the new creation in Christ..understanding spiritual circumcision where the flesh and the inner man are cut away ( Abrahams circumcision done physically was a type of shadow of our circumcision of Christ in the heart.
Romans 2:29 (NASB)

God in a mystery cut away the flesh which still has the power of sin in it and sealed the new man by the Holy Spirit. If we can understand this - things get clearer.
