Once again Dude653 lies. I am very much concerned about the Covid19 vaccine. I refused to get it because of a number of solid reasons.

However, I had all of my shots as a kid and then when I went to teach in NYC. I am neither anti vaxx or anti science. I have explained repeatedly why I have an issue with this particular vaccine mandate and yet Dude is absolutely refuses to listen to anyones concerns but persists in painting everyone with this ridiculous slander that applies to few if any of the people on this forum much less this thread.

The bottom line is that Fauci lied. Anyone who recovered from Covid19, which includes myself, has a more thorough immune response to the virus than anyone who got the vaccine. It is not necessary for me to get the vaccine and it was illegal for them to mandate it. The law for mandating an experimental vaccine requires you clear a few hurdles. First, there cannot be any effective therapies for treating the virus. Both HCQ and Ivermectin have been shown to be effective treatments. Second, it must cross a certain threshhold for risk the country, Covid19 did not cross that threshhold. They had to inflate the risk by prescribing Remdesivir, which was almost always fatal, and to classify anyone who died while testing positive for Covid as having died from Covid, and finally they rigged the test so that it classified many more people as having Covid than it should. Finally, the law states that you have to provide people with all of the research on an experimental vaccine before you give it to them. That paper that they give people was blank, it was supposed to have all the research on it. That was illegal.

Because I teach science I know that we have never mandated a vaccine so quickly. Polio and the other vaccines that we give to children took 50 years of testing before we finally got one that was both safe and effective. For every vaccine we produced that was considered "safe and effective" there were at least two that were proved to not be.

As usual the "workin man" or "trust fund baby" whichever you prefer to use to describe Dude is wrong. He shows his ignorance and his obstinance in refusing to listen to what anyone else says and his insistence on slandering people.
And again, for zo test the covid 19 virus ws no zime to test the vaccine several years. And dont understand that people dont realize this.
We had in our hospital enough patients and Collegues which had a serious case of Covid 19. And I tell you without the vaccine many more people would have died.
Only because you had no problem with Covid, says nothing about others which died.

So explain where the 800 million Chinese went who are now "missing" according to the W.H.O. and according to other estimates based on cell phone data, school enrollment, empty cities, etc.?

Not wanting something to be true is not the same thing as it actually not being true.

And you know, 90% of Democrats would gleefully and fully support wiping Israel off of the map.

War for me but not for thee.
Do you have proof of this? This is a ridiculous statistic.
Do you support mass starvation?
Which Democrats, those in Congress?
Maybe investigate who takes AIPAC money?
Is that America first?

Both sides are equal in this, aside from a few who have a more libertarian view like Thomas Massie

China is beginning to lose millions per day as those businesses Clinton let leave the USA are finally beginning to return. I know many of the businesses in my general area are working long hours because we're finally putting American made products on the shelves instead of the foreign products that were taking American monies from our Nation to foreign countries.

Well done, President Trump, well done!

It isn't simply the orders they are losing, it is the fact that businesses are packing up and leaving China. I think they already wanted to leave but just wanted an excuse. With AI, robots and 3d printers it is more effective to manufacture in the country that is buying the goods. Even if it is still cheaper to manufacture in China you have to pay for shipping, trucking and then retail. With the modern approach you want something you order it online, they manufacture it after you order it and then ship it direct to your house. This is what Adidas is doing, cuts out the cost of retail and there is no way that China can compete.

In this long era of materialism, it actually sounds like a good thing to tell the child you'll have 1 or 2 dolls and be happy. What's this 30 dolls nonsense? Maybe we'll also get away from some of the built-in functional obsolescence and make things that last again.
Of course he used "dolls" as an example to minimize the possible fall out of the trade war if it continues.
That is called propaganda.

Do you think the necessities of life will not be impacted?

A bit more complicated than this, when it comes to running shoes it is not just about the price point.

Oh wow, it looks like the US economy is going to suffer a lot this summer since tourism is United States' main source of money.
And on top of that, foreign students have lots of money and even know to tip 20% or more in restaurants as it's the custom in United States.
This is going to push the country over the edge economically. How are we going to survive without tourism?

Maybe we need to move to Greece, where tourism is non-existent.

I'm more of the wait and see mindset although my sense has been that it gets worse before better.

And then we probably should start defining necessities of life. My most content years were without what I previously imagined as necessities.

You go online, you pick your size, your color, your style, whatever, and you order it. Once you order it the 3d printer makes your shoe, boxes it, they stick a label on it and it is shipped to your home. It is faster and cheaper than going to a store and you get what you want rather than what they have. Retail is often a very big markup, so they cannot compete on price or selection. That is probably good for 95% of the shoppers.

Impressive that people are compliant/in agreement when a billionaire who tells them the sacrifices they need to make, is this the new USA?

I think it is important to differentiate between personal impact and the impact of this administration actions on the American economy as a whole.

There is a vast debt expansion going on and at some point it will implode.
Notice how the war(s) did not end in a day.

But yes, time will tell, but when one sees this debt expansion (1.32 trillion) I think that the trend analysts, are right and it will be far worse than 2008, possibly much worse than the Great Depression.

Somehow, people have this illusion that the "prez" is working on their behalf and saving America. lol
It is the classic historical behaviour of a world power, it will not go down without a fight, leaving even more destruction in its downward path.
