Deception implies not having all the information or having the information presented from a slanted perspective. You are arguing that people who are well and properly informed who don't come to truth. That isn't deception. That's either being unconvinced or wilfully ignorant.

I reread it. And I'll stick with my opinion that you're wrong.

Give you an example. Republicans are against abortion. A Godly stand. So many believers side with the republicans because of this issue, thinking they are the party of God.

In the meantime, Republicans support a whole host of unChristian values. Like mammon worship, cheating workers, self idolatry, abandoning the poor/sick/foreign, being involved is sexual immorality, and embracing lies and deceit.

And the gifts of the Holy Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control ... I see very little if any of that in the maga camp. Yet despite these being missing from the platform (as if they had a platform), most of them believe trump is sent by God.

If that ain't being deceived...

That's wicked.
It's called idolatry.
What exactly about my prayer request makes you accuse me of idolatry??
Hey, I was just putting that out there. If you feel convicted by it, maybe you need to re-evaluate your stand.

Your premise is wrong and your logic is flawed. Republicans do not support any of the things you allege. There is no platform plank that calls for mammon worship, cheating workers, or anything else on the list. You are actually bearing false witness. But even if it were so, it wouldn't of necessity mean people are deceived. The are more likely voting for the candidate that most closely resembles their views and who they believe will make better choices in office. Far from being deceived, they are well informed and making a rational choice.

Republicans have done nothing but stuff the pockets of the rich, at the expense of the poor and the working class, since Reagan codified income inequality. Republicans are charged with immorality as much as the left is. The Bible says we are to welcome the foreigner, but republicans bar them with razor wire and tearing children from their parents. One of their biggest planks is taking away health care from all but the wealthy. Self idolatry runs rampant in their ranks, following their savior trump's example. And even when THEIR OWN JUDGES AND AUDITS say there was no election fraud, they continue to push that lie hard (just like every other lie they push that's been refuted solidly). It used to be that when faced with facts one changes their mind. When faced with facts republicans just continue the lie.

And if you can't see that happening, then yes my friend, you are one of the deceived the Bible warns about.

And just to preclude your probable next argument, no I am not a liberal, and I don't vote for democrats either.

See, we were warned thousands of years ago that the world will end up in the hands of the antichrist. It is foolishness to think that it will get there being led by righteous people. And it is equally foolish to think we can vote our way out from under God's prophesies. What did God say about the time to come? Did He say to change it? No, because we can't. Instead, God warned us numerous times to prepare for it. But you're not going to prepare for something you think you can stop from happening.

THAT is the biggest deception of all - the thought that we can change what is prophesied, and by thinking so be swayed from preparing for it like we have been told to do.

And what did Jesus say would happen to those who are not prepared? They will turn away from Him.

The deep state. What a joke. You ain't seen nothing yet, and trump and his cronies are NOT going to change that. They're just going to keep you from preparing for it. Ultimately at the cost of many people's salvation.

I'm not a Republican. I'm not defending all they do. But they aren't unwelcoming to strangers. Legal immigration they have no problem with. They are against illegal immigration. Reagan didn't codify inequality. Jesus Himself said the poor will always be with us. There was plenty of election fraud. It was never allowed in court. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court allowed ballots that were past the deadline. That's fraud. Simply put: you don't have the facts. You are deceived yourself. You've convinced yourself of things that aren't true. And when the truth is shared with you, you deny it.

It’s in Russia journalists are killed. Not in America.

We all know that Journalists are killed in Russia.
Only those informed know that Journalists are also imprisoned, tortured and murdered in Western countries too. My reference to Gonzalo Lira was his torture and murder in Ukraine.

The last interview I saw

In case you are not aware, the most powerful democrats in AMERICA, have formally declared Trump supporters Enemies of the Deep State, falsely imprisoned and not afforded due process. Many of them were / are tortured and even murdered.

You really ought to provide some solid sources for that last sentence.

Sorry but most likely he is part of the gang, part of the theatre.
I particularly liked the part where Putin let everyone know Tucker had applied to get into the CIA, but was unsuccessful. I bet the CIA were kicking themselves that the son of one of their own who they turned down for a job, by happy coincidence came to be one of the most wide-reaching journalists of our time. A very happy coincidence. I wonder what the CIA would have told people if he did actually get the job? :p
