Not sure if it is there, but I could not find it, but is there a way to sign into the chat with the voice turned off? If not can you bring that back

or even better still have it so you can turn the sound on and off while in the chat.
I listen to music a lot when chatting and sometimes dont want to hear people talk aswell, but have to log out to turn it off, and then have to log back on and restart any Private chats have going....Im lazy as you can see :)
 
i CANT FIND where 2 sign in @ but i click under member but i cant get n

no chat is down right now....has been for sometime....i think they are workin out some bugs
 
Yes please get the mute function on again! I'm pretty ticked off right now. I tried to get my mic to work and I got kicked out no explanation or warning. Came back in and tried to explain myself and got ignored. What the heck man?!
 
who knows...i haven't been able to get in all day until about an hour ago...i was on for like ten minutes then it wouldnt wor anymore....
 
I have never understood why people can't do this. I have always been able to turn my sound on and off while im in chat, and I can even sign in with my sound already off if I want to. Why wouldn't I be able to? I have heard people say they have to log on and off to change the volume, and have just wondered if they didn't know how to use their volume function...but induibitably it seems it is a problem many of you are having. Weird! Maybe it's 'cos I'm on a laptop or something, but I have a volume mute button on my keyboard, and 99% of the time I have my sound off. I don't like sound!!

hope so :)
if not then the reason I want to beable to turn off the talking in the chat is so I can still have music playing on my pc or any other sound I want to be running on my pc as I chat.
