I don't believe in UFO's are extraterrestrial being from another world who visit us in a cigar shaped Craft. The government are going to use this lie to cover up another lie they are covering up. just to keep the public away from the truth. UFO's are unidentified Flying objects, Not from other worlds or planets or from outer space, they are unidentified flying objects of the government top secret kind.

i still want to read gary bates' book 'alien intrusion' where he goes especially into the spiritual aspects of UFO reports and UFO abduction and 'contactee' stories...

I recommend it. It's a good book. I think he leaves out the military aspect, though. The Nazis were experimenting with UFO technologies during World War II, and I can't remember him covering this in his book.
That said, the book gave me much better understanding on the spiritual aspects of UFOs and "aliens" (historically, I'd always had a creepy feeling when reading about them in secular sources, like I was reading about the occult, which is what they often are). It helped me to consolidate a Christian position on what is becoming a common phenomena, often used to attack the Christian faith.

My goodness. That caller at about 9:30 or so has serious mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. Hope he finds help for his delusions and pain.
