We're just getting started though. China will likely make a move on Taiwan soon, while Biden's pants are down with Ukraine. Actually, does Biden even wear pants? Isn't it just a diaper these days?

And I don't see any kind of Russian coalition attacking the US without serious provocation. I strongly suspect we are going to see some escalation between both the US and Russia AND the US and China prior to civil war here. Maybe even hot war with both.

I was just looking at nuke maps of the US. East Tennessee is at least decent in terms of low target priority and so-so fallout spread. So yay for that.

Where do you get the idea that the US will send nukes to Ukraine? They won't even send long range missiles. Personally, I think NATO is pussyfooting around and Russia should have been booted out in 2014. None of this catastrophe was unavoidable. The decline of the US is spiritual. God's blessing has been withdrawn and it will get worse. China is no less corrupt. Canada is burning, and it has nothing to do with climate change. God is not mocked.

The ability to use something is not the same as even a threat to use it. The F16 is nuclear capable. Russia is stationing nukes on their puppet nation of Belarus. That's something concrete that you should worry about.

65% of America lives within 5 miles of the coast. You may not be familiar with the US but it could be crippled and destroyed as a superpower without harming the vast majority of farmland. The prevailing wind is from west to east, so nukes over the east coast will not, as a rule, spread fallout over the farmland. In addition the poseidon torpedo that Russia has creates a radioactive Tsunami that can devastate the coastline and in about five miles. However, I do not know if it also has a problem with fallout.

You overestimate Russia's capabilities. The only way he can achieve what you are proposing is to go nuclear. If he does, there will be nothing left worth taking.

It is more than possible to protect against EMP. I spent 13 years selling suitable products. It's no different from protecting against lightning. Aircraft can and do suffer direct hits from lightning and they keep flying.

Civilian infrastructure will suffer. Military far less so.

We promised that we would never make Ukraine part of NATO. Both sides are liars and God will judge. Our position is not of being a judge but of someone who confesses their own sins, repents, turns to the Lord and witnesses concerning the Lord's resurrection.

Ukraine is not part of NATO yet. Russia has driven non aligned countries to apply for NATO membership. Not exactly what Putin was hoping for. A 3-day campaign is still ongoing. 18 months or so now. Legally, if one party breaks a contract, the contract is null and void. The serial liar Putin sacrifices the lives of Russians simply to feed his own ego. Ukraine will probably join the EU and NATO. Ukraine and the rest of Europe owe Russia nothing.

"Win"? Russia has already lost. It has achieved none of the objectives set out in its original plan. It's not even close to doing so. It could end up like Korea, with a stalemate. That's about the best that Putin can hope for.
