lol not even close. Ukraine threatened to send drones to attack civilians at the May 9th celebration in Moscow. Russia issued a statement for all foreign embassies in Kiev to vacate in the event that happens. Russia can hit back a thousand times harder if Ukraine is stupid enough to do that..
btw Zelensky threatened something like this last year, but smartly didn't follow through. He's just a blowhard looking for relevance and attention after being given the cold shoulder by the west.

I'm sorry, that's so funny. Yes, Russia is getting hit with drones, but they will adapt as they always do. Ukraine has no capacity left; they have to kidnap people off the streets to send to the front lines to try to delay the Russian advance. They are in an unsustainable, unwinnable situation.
This is what Russia is having to deal with. Latvia letting Ukraine use its territory to launch drone attacks against Russian oil infrastructure. Since Latvia is NATO, that's a recipe for WWIII
