I believe the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus will guide us in that as well as the law of love.
It DOESN'T fit when we start applying our own "laws" and "rules" we accept and agree with to define what we, personally, (or as a group) say " behaving appropriately" is.
Galations 5:19-21 seems to sum up unbecoming behavior
as acts of the flesh, as contrasted against fruit of the Spirit
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
