There are many unclean Christians. Many filthy Christians.
When Jesus makes one clean, he makes them clean from the inside out. A person who has hatred, or bitterness, or envy, and strife, and all sorts of violence coming out of them is unclean in the eyes of the Lord. These are unclean, and anyone who is a true follower of Jesus Christ ought to steer clear of these types. This is that fellowship with devils that you have heard about. Those who claim to know Jesus, but know nothing of love. The disciples of Jesus are known by their love. The disciples are clean.
When Jesus was to be betrayed, before he was betrayed, he washed the feet of his disciples. And they did not understand what he was doing. And Jesus said to them, ''ALL OF YOU ARE CLEAN... EXCEPT ONE!!''
And when he was tempted by the pharisees, he said that it is what comes out of the mouth, which comes out of the heart, that defiles the man. Indeed, it is true, that anything God has cleansed, no one should call unclean, but those who are cleansed by the Lord do not grovel in filth again. It was written also of these, that they go back like a dog to it's own vomit, or like a sow to roll around in the mud.
There should be no fellowship with unclean Christians, because they are full of revelry and every evil. They will offend you to your soul. And they will truly think it strange that you don't run to the same excess.
Jesus said to continue in his love. And if his love abides in you, it is proof you are his disciple.
May Jesus bless you.
