Stop spending more than you take in.
Debt cured....oh wait that means each may have to live by their own abilities and merits.
What a horror. Life done by you and not being taken care of by a bloated corrupt government that was never there to serve you in the first place.
Its there to control you. 1 Samuel 8:10-20
The taxes collected and targeted to welfare programs? 70% of those monies goes to the government to run it. So the next time your friendly neighborhood democrat says vote for me because I will help you? In reality all he is saying is...I want your money for myself and my cronies.
By the way, the average private charity? They keep 30% for themselves and 70% goes to help people.
Gotta love government.
Very good principles indeed, and always good old GOP rhetoric lol. Brother the Party probably consider you, just maybe loosen a bit up on the attack due to the geo-politics lol. Dems and GOP ain't the only Factions among factions in this world.
A bit of Public Debt will occur with about any nation, though it is possible to eliminate debt too. Either way this is just dealing with a federal paper of coinage currency. So really the game is to not be unethical and overspend and to be prudent with the national debt so as not to destroy or devalue the value of your currency, in our case the US Dollar. Sometimes the nation at the federal level must incur a debt just by fact of all the crazy stuff that happens throughout history like wars and disasters. Obviously with the problem with the American economy is its been running up too rapidly in debt and such too fast. However, if you consider the population growth and growth in interconnectivity and fair trade among Americans and much of the world mostly bordering the oceans that itself has seen tremendous postive effects for many people and to be heart hearted the money (currency) value. The Buck is not just strong in America but any country where the dollar is used today.
I'd say keeping to your same goodly ethical principles but just being a little liberal about it, recognizing from government point of view the government should at least have an obligation to help its citizens even at a bit of money or resource cost it ought to be done. I'd argue if the government were just more efficient in its spending it could make great return and investment for the nation while at the same time reducing the budget to a minimal budget defecit or maybe even a surplus, which wouldn't be too unheard of since that last occured in 2001.
Really that's where it just gets tricky is spending more efficently and not over-blowing it unless in case of an extreme emergency. A lot of that because of free economics, or western capitalism, and especially rapid growing far eastern capitalism have their own free say in business affairs. But that gets into the regulations debate and how much say federal government should have over business, maybe better for another day.
Both Parties in my view got tons of terrible Presidents economically speaking that reigned, shalt we bring up Hoover? Lol, but then there's always been presidents that were decent as well of both parties. such as Eisenhower whom though he did raise the public debt quite a bit he invested wisely for the good of his people creating one of the biggest eras of true prosperity through ethical rule.
Ironically if we isolate just Public Debt alone and ye are a conservative to America then you must give the Democrats kudos. For the First Democrat Party President is Old Hickory. Andrew Jackson is only President in all US History to totally eliminate US Debt.

Lol, US History and Politics is full of ironies.
