If you could please lift up my brother in law Mike in your prayers, this past thursday he went in for routine gall bladder surgery, His health issues also being a bad diabetic, There were major complications and since, he is on life support and in drug induced coma. We tried commin off the vent today, and could only last 13 minutes, PLEASE pray, he has two older daughters and a small son. This has been very hard for the family. Thank you.
 
Praying that the Holy Spirit moves through Mike, healing and restoring him. Praying that God's comforting presence and love is with his family. :)

Lord we lift Mike up in prayer to you, we ask that not only will you lead the family in wisdom and peace, but that you would be in charge of all the care he is getting...Doctors, nurses and care providers. In Jesus Name we thank you Lord for your faithfulness to us...Amen

I'll be praying for Mike, and believing with you for his full healing. We are standing with you in faith, God is a miracle working God, and Mike will be healed, In Jesus name!
 
Today is a new day! We will try to wean him from the life support, he has been given medication to bring him out so we can at least see if he can respond and follow commands, if he can take it without his blood pressure shootin up or not panic, we can take this day by day. Your prayers mean so much to me, I thank you and the family thanks you, I attended a revival last night and took him a prayer cloth, again, thank you all so very much.
 
Praise report! He lasted 1 hour, followed a few simple commands, we will try again tomorrow, sometimes we have to do this several more times.

The Lord bless your family, you are in my prayers and you must always believe that you are a strong and powerful man in God and he will always love you...

One step forward-two steps back. God is in control, he is Good and his mercy endures FOREVER. We went one hour, the next day 10 minutes, but we can try 5 more times before trached ( which we want to avoid). We went tues night and he was awake on his own, first time we have seen his eyes open in 6 days. Being on life support and enduced coma is likened to breathing out of a straw underwater, when you first come out, so obviously we get nervous, we hyperventilate, unless we can hold all of this steadily we have to to try again. Again, i thank you all so much, your prayers mean everything.

More than understandable. He's tired too. He'll come out of it soon enough. :) They usually do have respiratory and neurological problems when they're awake and it'll take em sometime to fully recover. Praying that the Holy Spirit moves through his consciousness, healing every part of him and restoring him with God's grace. :)

As of 3 yesturday...WE ARE BREATHING ON OUR OWN!!!!!!!! ( ALL praise be to JESUS)! We still may have ups and downs, but its all good. It is just amazing to me, how good GOD IS!!!! He can even whisper a few words, as his vocal chords are still raw, but praise God its words!
