I am waiting for a few things to happen. Amongst those; The USD to collapse and the centre of finance to move from the US to Israel. A show of military might by Israel on its neighbours and the drying up of the sea of Galilee. Everything is moving towards that.
 
So... SICK... of this guy. The most abysmal foreign policy in the history of this country. God warned about going against Israel very clearly. The tidal wave of stupidity that emanates from this guy leaves me in awe.

I just don't know anymore if anything can be done to change the Middle East. Hope, pray, and do is all we have left.
 
Not to equate palistinians and native americans but, consider this..

we have been at odds with native americans for all of our nation's history. They have pledged to kill every american, consistantly do acts of terrorism and act in unison with Canada and Mexico who have both pledged as well our total destruction, every man woman and child.

What do you think our government would do to protect its citizens?

Similar arguments were what US entry into World War One were about, when Germany promised Mexico the Southwestern states in the Zimmermann Telegram which was - conveniently - intercepted by the British (who wanted the US in the war, anyway).
 
The facts are this...the palistinians have been offered almost everything they want and their leadership/representatives refuse.

The palistinian people are pawns used by terrorists to excuse their attacks on Israel.

Yassar Arafat was a thug and got the Nobel Peace Prize. He used the palistinians to get rich and to promote terrorism and for that the great liberal european mindset gave him a Nobel Peace Prize.

Who among the Palestinians was better placed to make some sort of accommodation with Israel? and do you think this is a reasonable question?

The question is a question. My response is if Arafat is/was the best chance for peace then Israel should have stayed home.

This is a reasonable question, and for that time, yes, Yasser Arafat was best placed to represent the arabs occupying the land of Israel for the talks. I don't think anyone would deny that. I think the gripe is merely over giving him the worthless Nobel Peace Prize when he refused the Camp David Accords and promptly launched his little Intifada. But meh, as you can see Nobel Peace Prize all ready means nothing.
 
Yasar Arafat was a common criminal. The reason why he represented the palistinians was he was backed by other arab nations who forced the palistinians from their homeleands in Syria and Jordan, into Israel to cause all of these problems.

The palistinians are just pawns, used by Israel's neighbors to excuse terrorist acts against Israel. Arafat and these other nations could care less about Palistinian rule or respect.

Israel cared much more for the palistinian people than Arafat did.

Arafat was made rich and powerful by conflict between those two peoples. Why would he ever propose any peace agreement between Israel and the palistinians?

Kinda funny the same people who hate rich people fawn all over Yasar Araft. Guess if you hate jews that's all that matters.

Its a parallel comparison to the palistinians and Israel's neighbors. Its not true, its a what if story so the truth in Israel would resonate with americans better

By the way Drett, Yasar Arafat has been dead more than a few years now. That does not change the facts of what he did and who he was.
