Hello Everyone!
I love to bake for family and friends, especially for the holidays! A few weeks from now, I'm getting together with a group of people, including a new friend who is vegan. I would love to help her feel welcome by making some goodies that she can eat, so I'm wondering if anyone has any favorite vegan cookie or desert recipes?
Thanks!

how about peanut cookies??

125 grams ground peanut -- grind it (not necessary into powder form)
200 grams all purpose flour or cake flour
100-125 grams oil of your choice (i prefer coconut oil)
85 grams powder sugar
1/2 tsp salt

combine everything, roll out and cut as you like (like you make sugar cookies), bake and done! :)

usually i'll brush some egg yolk to make it pretty, but since its vegan you can skip that step :)
