The region/race specific forums are put up, in part, because the cultural aspect. A place where they can come together in a similar culture. But aren't many Asian cultures quite varied?
The Arab and Philipiino forums were created because of the large population in this site if those areas. From what I can tell the Asian area is a much smaller representation on this site than the Arab or Philipino areas. As it is those two sections, with their large numbers on the site, are mostly dead. So I can't forsee creating a forum for a smaller group made of of various cultural and language distinctions, making use of the forum that much more difficult to use.

Well the idea behind those forums is cultural and language based both. It's not about Americans with Phillipino or Arab heritage so much as it's about people in those regions, living there now.

Oh. I was concerned that you believed yourself to be ugly, but it's good to know that's not the case. And I did not realize these people speak in their own language because I've never looked at any of those other forums before.
