Wait patiently for Jesus, until He bow down to you (Psalms 40:1).

When you perceive that your soul is restive, don’t accept its pression. Reprehend your soul and seek in Christ calm her so that you can hear better the voice of Jesus. Talk to yourself and make your soul remember that our ONLY helper is Jesus. Only in Him is our salvation (Psalms 62.5).
