Yes and no, but definitely plays a factor...sure. Just my opinion.
I think it's more of a New World Order move with Israel wanting to eliminate threats, before the threats eliminate Israel. Remember Israel is like the size of New Jersey, and they have disgruntle neighbors launching rockets at them. Israel's Iron Dome or missile defense system is extremely expensive to use and it has it's limitations for sure. So, I think they asked for help from the U.S. to eliminate it's threats.
China and Russia has invested in Iran and are strong allies, so this just might be it. It could go nuclear. Make no mistake about it, Russia and China have stuck their nose out and see a different world order than what the West sees, so the world is at collision course with war. If it isn't now, it will be soon. Well, that's at least how I see it.
Also, we have a world financial crisis in the West, because socialism is failing. People want free stuff, but the system is broke, so solutions have to be made. President Trump is doing everything possible to keep it afloat, but the Liberals are trying to stop whatever solution is trying to make, because they are against common sense. These Nihilists are hell bent and just want Satan to rule them.
Trump cut government jobs, the left cried, he tried to get rid of illegals, the left cried, he tries to raise revenue with tariffs, the left cried. So, maybe he will try a war economy, and you know those hippies will be out there protesting, because they want more free stuff, but fail to realize that somebody has to pay for it.
Anyways, it really looks like we are about to see the fireworks. If the U.S. implements the draft, which is a possibility, because even right now the military is having trouble with recruiting, the age in WWII was 18-45. Watch all them draft dodgers move to Canada.
I think the U.S. has already determined that they want war, war is good for business, and the U.S. has a large military. Military contractors are licking their chops of the prospect of war, so maybe it's a go?!?!

Once again, I think this is it. This is the big one. I just don't see how Iran will stand down now. Hopefully I'm wrong of course. I really think Iran is gonna be sent back to the stone age, but China and Russia will probably get involved, since Iran is their ally.
I'm going to Cabo in 3 weeks like I do every year. It's still safer than most large cities in the U.S.
