A spiritual body still has physiological needs, which prove it a real, materialized body.

Yes, but for us, any form of water baptism is John's water baptism of repentance, any pastor who baptizes a new follower is doing John's job, only the Lord himself baptizes with HS and fire.

I don't think you comprehend the difference between "the dust returning to the dust" and "all the elements being burned up". Even in cremation there are traces left. There will be no trace of the old universe having existed.

Unless you give a clear definition of God first, there's no answer to your question, not because I'm unwilling or evading, but because there's no way to move from point A to point B when there's no clear point A to start with. Nobody can answer you whether Jesus fits your expected version of God when you yourself are not sure what your expected version of God is.
