For weight loss. You could drink 8 glass of water per day. Do some workout for 3-4 time week such as HIT or Cardio. Along with 2 days rest. Know how many calories that u should eat everyday. Avoid eating much sugary, sweet, salty stuff such as candy, chip or cake. You could actually eat those sugary, sweet or salty stuff once a week or replace with much more healthier treat such as granola bar, quaker oat meal cookies or a yougurt. Eating some protein and make some healthier smoothies or drink. Last but not least eat healthier meal along with vegetables and fruits.
