...having what is really new (this new formatting) as a starting point for "What's New?" in the "What's New" section? So many questions already. Wouldn't a basic tutorial save time and effort in having to find where everyone is asking "How does this work?"

So, what is up with Depleted's profile? I can't seem to send her a message. Is she banned, or warned, or on temporary suspension? Or is it just a technical glitch? It doesn't actually say she is banned, which is why I am asking.
