1. That time of tribulation God warned us about? We have to realize that IT"S HERE and we are going to go thru it.
2. We need to stop falsely believing that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" and abandon the political process altogether instead of rallying behind the perceived "lesser evil"
3. Whatever we do, we need to do it for the Cross and not the elephant
4. Instead of thinking we can change what God has prophesied, we need to prepare - both physically and spiritually - to survive it
5. We need to realize that most of us will NOT survive it (here on this earth at least) and resolve to persevere to the end instead of abandoning our faith (which we were also warned of)
I'm curious. What does invoking the Defense Production Act get us. We have the plant that produces almost 50% of the formula consumed in the US voluntarily shut down because of sanitary conditions at the plant. All other plants are producing at full capacity. Since the Defense Department has no production capability, the only thing I can see them doing is taking over the supply chain and rationing the formula. I guess they could send special forces to take over production facilities around the world.

Yes, at this point in history, the system is gamed so that we cannot effect positive change. Yes you may get abortion outlawed, but that will NOT stop it from happening. And to do so means supporting those who also engage in mammon worship, self idolatry, lies and hypocrisy, abandonment of the poor and sick, and the cheating of workers. NONE of which are Biblical principals. The left deceives the world, the right deceives believers, and at this point all we can do if we want to stay true to God's Truths is to refuse to participate in the world's gamed systems. You're not going to change it.
And there are systems in place now - global systems - that have never been in place before. True global rule and effect have never been possible until now. And not only is it possible now, it rules the world now.
And I agree on your last point... I've always held that that heart attack, that car crash, that your-ticket-is-punched moment is your rapture, baby. And like God told the arrogant farmer, it could come for any one of us tonight.
