Today, people seek all other things first in their lives and expect the Kingdom of GOD to follow.
What a shame!!!
For it is written, “But seek first HIS Kingdom and HIS Righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.”


People today, want to tell GOD what they should seek first in their lives.
They want to tell GOD what is right and wrong.
They want to tell GOD what is good and bad.
They want to tell GOD the rules of life and how one should live life.
They want to tell GOD how HE should respond for them.
What a shame!!! What a shame!!! What a shame!!!


The Word of GOD in the Bible is the only Truth in life and anything contrary to it is false and evil. JESUS CHRIST our LORD and SAVIOR is the only Way to Life, HE is the only Truth to life and HE is Life Itself.
Obey your Creator the MOST HIGH GOD and listen to HIM alone.
My dear, repent from your evil ways and thoughts, and follow the Truth. Believe in the Truth. Hold on to the Truth till the end. JESUS CHRIST is the Truth and HE is the Righteousness of GOD.

When people seek the kingdom first, they still have to pay their bills, feed their children, and provide for their families, let alone have some finances left over to get what they need in life to sustain their lifestyle. Kinda hard to pursue the kingdom when BASICS needs arent even met by the creator we pray to.

I am one of those people you mention who tells God what they seek in life. I HAVE TO. What do I care what God believes is right or wrong if nothing ever pans out my way? What do I care what God thinks is good or bad when bad seems to follow me like a shadow? What do I care about God's rules for living life when my life is a mess of Chaos?

You say "What a shame!!" I say "Who the heck are you? What credibility do you hold that I should even consider your opinion?". You sound like one of the many arrogant christians I've met in life who force Jesus down people's throats without relating to them.

I had a security guard at my apartment who sounded like you once. He was from Kenya. He tried to force Jesus down my throat a couple of years back, and never gave me time to relate to him. He would talk down to me in an authoritative, professor like tone like you're speaking right now. I wanted to punch him in the face for being so obnoxious about Christ. Your words are reminding me of him. I will never do such a thing to you, but I know the angle you speak from. You're all a dime-a-dozen carbon copy preacher type who adds no value to substance, and ends up annoying the audience you're trying to reach.

Dear funrider, the op has right. the people today are very quick to blame god, insteat to search what is gods will for them.
For me is Mth. 6, 19-34 an encouragement. And it shows were the Lord set the priority.
To have joy in christ is not depend from poor ore rich! Its about i am thankful for that what the Lord did for me. i am trusting him even in bad circumstances? For me, how can i blame god for something? How many reasons he has to blame me. But he showes me grace and forgave me my sins.He gave me eternal life and i know he will never forsaken me.
