i just don't know, my life just took a massive turn and i have no idea where it is headed, things were going pretty good at first when i first accepted christ in my life, i was speaking to him and he was replying back to me through various ways and showing me what to do, but now i don't know what is happening, my life took a huge turn i have no money to pay for my school fees so i had to leave my school, i can't find a job and it's like it's just getting worst, i can feel the devil attacking me even harder now.. and i sometimes give into sin could it be that i'm spending too much time on the computer or something or something that i'm doing wrong that i'm not aware of, i really don't know where this road is going to take me, but i'm kinda clueless, if anyone got any advice to give me.. it would be most appreciated God bless

I understand. It's awful going through trials, but they will be a part of your life whether they were caused by your sin or some other source. Jesus promises that we will have tough times, but he will never leave us. You have a choice on who to turn to and how to respond.

God doesnt only want you to see Him as a guy who gives people nice things. Its like marriage, when things get tough, you don't just pack up n leave. You stay because you know that the realationship you have with the other person is worth fighting for. God is our father and He wants you to learn how to be happy, with or without. Stay strong.

You got a new birth when you got saved, now it's time to learn to live the new life. God is a God of new beginnings. Like the Israelites being taken out of Egypt, many of these beginnings seem to come through deserts. It's all about His purpose, and you learning to walk by faith, so you will be able to be entrusted with the glory of the Promised Land. It works kind of automatically, if you just follow the cloud of glory and stop worrying the manna will run out. Ex. 16:10-11, I Pet. 5:6.

The NT constantly says go back to when you first believed...

The reason being all you did was love Christ... I have found out that I personally start to try to mold myself into a person who deserves Grace or deserves this or that... When all I have to do is Love Jesus and trust God will mold me into His a masterpiece over time...

As far as your trials... I would look at them as a sign you are following Christ. Look at Job, and his life... or Paul or Moses or Abraham or Peter or John... All who follow God have had very hard times... So rejoice in the hard times! ;)

Welcome to the life of faith! Hab 2v4, 2Cor 5v7, :p

How you react when trials and temptations come your way is critical, you can either whinge and whine (which will surely drop you into a big black hole of depression), or you accept them with joy, but know this He will NOT let you be tempted beyond what you are able to bear! 1Cor 10v13.

The fact that your faith is now being tested proves that you actually have one! Rom 5v1-5, James 1v2-4,12

Now is the time to STAND FIRM!

DO NOT
get flustered and start going off at tangents, sit tight!

Just keep seeking the Lord and REST in Him (know His joy for this is your strength and shield), He will open the correct door at the correct time for everything He has for you and your life, the Lord is rarely early, NEVER late, but ALWAYS on time! Neh 8v10, 1Kings 19v12, Psalm 46v10, Isaiah 40v31, John 15v11, Phil 4v19, Heb 3v1, 4v3,15,16, 12v1,2, Rev 3v7

And finally:

Heb 13v5: "...He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]" (AMP)

You can find a few studies Here, Here and Here that you should find helpful...

Yahweh Shalom...

1 Peter 1:6-7
6. In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.
7.
These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

2 peter 1:10
Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,

Revelation 17:14
They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings--
and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers."

Just to add to my last post:

Deut 33v27 states: "The eternal God is your refuge and dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms..." (AMP)

The Lord is The Source of everything to YOU:

Everlasting LOVE
Everlasting PROTECTION
Everlasting PROVISION
Everlasting FELLOWSHIP
Everlasting GRACE

The Eternal Lord of Glory looked after the nation of Israel (numbering around 2.5 million) in the Wilderness for 40 years without ANY help from the surrounding nation and He will SURELY look after YOU! Deut 8v4, Neh 9v21

stand !!!! stand on his word stand on his promises!! stand on the truth... rmemember why you serve him...( it isnt for what he gives you it is the scarafice he did on the cross) and know that the winds and storms do come and Jesus was alseep in the boat when it all happened.....rest in HIM

It isn't easy staying on the Christ-path with so many worldly things going on around us ...and IN us. This is why it's so important to get into God's Word in a MAJOR way and do the other things that also help us to grow spiritually....attend group worship (Church), pray a lot, and do a lot of inner examination. Our hearts and minds are full of things contrary to God's way of thinking. Learn to serve others, instead of waiting for them to serve us. And mainly...trust and obey.

Sorry about your not being able to go to school; hopefully a job will turn up for you soon.

Praying for you....that the Holy Spirit will lead you into abundant living, physically and spiritually, and especially that He will lead you to a job :).
