But Satan rebeled, and a fight insued that destroyed what we see,
which God had to reform creation in 6 days, after [it became void]

No, dinosaurs where wiped out before man was made on earth,
by the distruction, caused from the rebellion of Satan and the Angeles.

Man was given dominion over the animals on the earth,
puny man compared to fierce dinosaurs would not last.

Adam was created on the 6th day, of the recreation of the surface of the earth,
less then 6 thousand years ago.
