I was listening to your latest song and found it interesting. It seemed to change genres into a blend after the intro. It reminded me of a gift the Lord gave me by way of a movie.
In fact He gave me a series of gift movies, Literally.

It's not exact, but the voice in your intro reminded me more than just a soulish deep black voice. I can't explain what it was, but it reminded me of that major gift.
Jacob Banks sang his greatest hit for the Equalizer II theme. So, your choice of music composition was pretty good as were the lyrics IMHO.

Thank you! I was experimenting with rap and EDM, I have done a few songs in EDM genre and really liked them but for this I wanted a darker vibe with way less exuberance (Exuberant describes someone or something filled with high spirits, joy, and unrestrained energy, often characterized by enthusiasm, vitality, or overflowing abundance, eh LOL I did just look that up hoping to find the word I was reaching for in there, I think I wanted uplifting), yeah, this song was not meant to be uplifting, really, and I did question whether to publish it at all because it does not really fit my aesthetic, or what I hope to convey overall, and yet it was kind of fun composing it, after four hours fighting within a loop I was trying to get out of, of having used too much cloud storage in my video making program.

Receiving gifts by way of a movie sounds interesting! Were those video clips from The Equalizer II movie? I remember you talking about the Equalizer before with someone, maybe a couple of people, one was a nice fellow who left in the midst of a :devilish: storm just a little while before I took a bit of a hiatus mid December, which was when I began playing with music generators, first by putting decades old poetry to music, before I started writing original material. I wonder if Douglas has come back...

That makes it very interesting. I noticed that you are utilizing various genres. I rarely listen to music anymore since people in a mega church I once attended damaged my hearing badly.
Plus I don't in my evening time because it might stay in my head all night. However, I haven't listened to so much in years until you introduced me to your channel. I might not listen as much as I want to, but I expect your channel to grow as soon as YT promotes it. Your lyrics are very impressive.

I forgot about the storm, but remember there was someone else who was a fan of the TV series The Equalizer.
The short of it is that God used the character of the series to motivate me and prepare my mindset to service. Of course it took a very distant back seat to His Word and The Holy Spirit.

We can talk about the details some time, because it's my bedtime. Hopefully no insomnia.
These were/are major answer to prayer after a test. He blessed me far beyond my dreams.

This is a sample of one scene in the second movie. There are elements throughout the movies that are taken from my life and inserted as major personal blessings.
