One time, when I worked overnights, I was woken to the sound of a guy talking. I laid in bed as my got fully awake and I definitely heard a guy talking. I got out of bed and looked out the window. A man was laying flat on the sidewalk to my door talking on his phone and having a loud, happy conversation. After a while, he got up and left. I never understood why of all the places he had to pick mine and disturb my sleep. At least he was happy. I wasn't lol.

some one who has more time on their hands than I do, or really likes the sound of their own voice..... but I have to admit she does have tallent lol
