My neck has been hurting for the last 2 days and I'm not sure why. I think it's because I slept in my chair, but it didn't hurt when I woke up. I tried to do some stretches and self massage yesterday and that felt good at first, but then it came back worst than before. Today it seems to be better. Maybe I should buy some ice cream. Ice cream makes everything better.
 
What am I thinking about right now?

There is a plate in front of me with two burgers on toasted garlic bread. There is also a long slice of pickle. It is a good evening! 😀

Last night I finally figured out why my neck hurts and why stretches and massaging it makes it worse. A few days ago I was trying to put something up on a high shelf but it was just out of reach so instead of getting a stepstool, I all at once reached with all my might and was able to do it. My neck felt a bit strained but nothing extraordinary so I didn't think anything of it. It was the next day that it started hurting. So it's probably a mild sprain. That's why stretches made it worse. It's now day 5. I found that this stuff helps a lot.

Thinking how in earth this has happened.. I went to a coffee shop by myself (I never ever go places like this alone, I admire people that do).. and after that I paid 4€ ($4,21) for a cappuccino..

so I am thinking which one is worse for me, going alone or paying so much for a little cup of coffee. :eek: I thought sprained ankle would not affect my brain..

Here that would be considered a reasonable price for a cappuccino.

Well, many consider it a reasonable price. I still think it's highway robbery. But Starbucks has conditioned the masses to believe coffee should, in any format and presentation, be incredibly expensive.
