I worked from home today so it gave me more time to cook lunch. I attempted seasoned cucumber as a side. Didn't think I'd like it at all, but after I cooked it, it was the most delicious thing ever.

The picture makes it look disgusting, but I guarantee you, it was wonderful.

I wish I had half of your cooking abilities. I have survived the last few days with having only either bacon or cup noodles. Well some days, my brain works and I buy something healthy but to be able to cook something healthy, that's really cool.

That would be awesome. But the thing I'm really battling with is more the laziness. I just can't get myself to cook. It just happens to not be my gift, I suppose. But hey, they say people who can cook and cook good have the most friends :D

Haha, nahhhhh. But, I do invite the firends I do have over for dinner parties :D

Yeah, when you're not feeling up to it, you don't do it often. It's fun for me, though!

I suggest you do some crockpot recipes. That way, you don't have to cook but just put everything in the crockpot and leave it and it'll be fine :D I have a few good recipes for a crockpot I've made for family and friends and they enjoyed it :)
