Yum. Yeah, I do. I make them with my blender, usually whatever ''supplements'' I'm going to use, plus peanut butter, banana, sometimes strawberry, crushed ice, and skim milk. I though you knew this XD.

Bruce....can you blame me that I forgot? I have a bajilion things happening. I'm a very important, successful, and busy woman ;)

But yes, I vaaaguely remember you telling me this.
