What I did today was read this thread and learn about how disgusting protein shakes are.

Oh haha I remember the first time I made one; I did it just like that and yeah, it was really bad. Not sure if it's the water or not being able to mix it well enough, but ever since I refuse to have them without milk and a blender lol.

Yes, it was disgusting. I'm never doing it again. It never fully mixed.

Do you know why that is, though? I mixed it for a good 5 minutes and still nothing dissolved.

No idea, but when you see those little clumps of powder everywhere, you know it's over XD. It happens to me all the time with hot chocolate too.
 
Today I:

  • Worked for 12 hours
  • Applied for another job
  • Got treated to a musical performance from a dear CC member
  • Started learning a new tune on bass
Soon, I shall plant my face in zhe bed and do it all over again tomorrow.

woke up to the sound of my dog barfing. She interrupted some pleasant dreams

Now that her bed is going through the dry cycle, going to settle in with my kindle under the covers.

Work and laugh with my friends, listening to the podcast from a christian site.. the same usual day, but well i am happy with my Life. Simple not complicated.lol
 
I smile when I post smilies to certain folks.. well specifically to certain folks.... folk... person. Lol
