I deleted a post on another thread because I didn't want to derail it.

What DO you find decent and attractive clothing-wise on the opposite sex?

What do you not like to see men/women wear?

I like to see guys in a clean t-shirt and nice jeans or a great sweater (if guys only knew how this makes their shoulders look...just sayin...) with khakis/dress pants. Simple, comfortable, casual. I'm not much on the fancy dresser types. I like earthy guys. :)

Hair/facial hair isn't that big of a deal, as long as it is well groomed.
 
Next time, someone should delete the thread if you don't want to see it derailed. =D

It's hard for guys to go wrong with jeans.
 
Wow, I never really thought about what I find attractive clothing wise.

I guess I prefer it when women dress conservatively, but not too conservative or professional so as to make them seem uptight.
 
Hmmmm.

I don't like it if a guy looks like he is going to a convention with the top bosses of some super upper class company.
And neither do I find it attractive for a guy to go topless , especially not indoors, like at malls etc

A pair of ordinary pants and a loose shirt or a t- shirt that doesn't make him look like a teen is nice
And i kind of like Gothic clothing, unless the person wearing them is the vampire type looking like he's never seen sunlight.
 
jeans, nice shirt, tasteful jewelry, beautiful eyes with a blush....
 
I luffles the plaid.... and the jeans.... and the sweaters... annd... not sure. Really I tend to go gaga over their hair. Beards are a plus.

I don't really like sports-wear at all though... Basketball shorts scream high school. Which makes me think of grease.. not the mechanical kind.
 
I'm going to be weird. I think that if I met someone that dressed the same way that I do, that would be attractive.

But I dunno, I like girls that can actually do stuff and have fun. Being tied down by having to wear a dress all the time seems like it would get old. Ultimate frisbee in a dress, yeah didn't think so.

Also... as far as tops go, I don't care as long as she is comfortable and its functional. If she is having to adjust everything upstairs every three minutes, that is a good sign that perhaps a different choice should have been made.

Whats ok is girls wearing skirts at least knee high, I could care less what she wore up there as long as it cover to the waist... and is not like weird or anything hahaha! :)!
 
I love pants with lots of pockets so I don't have to carry a purse :)
 
Women have so much variety in their clothing it's hard to really nail down. I think I find layers pretty attractive. Lately it seems like a tshirt with a short jacket is pretty in style. I'm also a fan of long skirts; not out of "modesty" concerns, but I just think women look pretty good in them. Jeans that fit well are never a problem. I'm not a real fan of halters in general, but layered they can look pretty good. There are very few flower patterns that don't remind me of a little 70 year old lady, so sticking with solids is probably safest. :P

For dressier occassions, you can't go wrong with a "little" black dress! Beyond that, pencil skirts, and no big deal if you're not constantly wearing heels. Yes, I know that you're shorter than me, and I kind of like you the way you are. :)
 
Well kept hair and nails. If not correct I stop there. Neat pants and top or dress. Preferably no make up. Happy attitude and feminine personality.
 
There are different styles that I like on a guy. I like the elegant style, I don't know what it is but there's something that makes guys look really attractive in suits! But of course noone walks around in suits everyday....unless you're a weirdo. I also like the casual style - a pair of great fitting jeans and a nice shirt or a sweater . I like the sporty look too :)

The only thing I don't like is when clothes look either too loose or too tight

Finally- am I weird for thinking that it's weird for guys to NOT have hairy chests? To me only boys have nekked chests.
 
Personally I prefer to wear nice jeans with scarves, dress shirts, sweaters, ties, and such.
For women I like similar stuff: Jeans, nice looking but fancy tops, scarves, and boots.

During the summer it is far too hot here to dress nicely so its mostly t-shirts and shorts or polos and khakis. I did buy guayabera which was fantastic.
WOmen turn the summer...well nothing is more attractive than a sundress with cowboy boots
 
I cant list what to wear, its about the woman beneathe the clothes, listing what not to wear is much easier. Nothing sexually suggestive. I dont want anyone I love in it especially my wife, those I love are worth far more than that indignity.

Everything this guy is wearing I find attractive. That style right there. Nothing like a guys in a nice pair of jeans. I also like when guys wear scarves with coats :D *puddled*
 
hmm so smudge, arwen, and julianna all have posted pictures like what i wear...thats good to know
