What do you struggle with?

Who doesn't love opening their hearts to a bunch of people online? Ok so joking aside, I thought this may be a fun way to let eachother know what we are struggling with that could use prayer, a peptalk, or whatever. Talking about our problems can help us get through them, and outside perspectives are useful.

So I'll go first, feel free to pray for me, give advice, etc: Self doubt. With how my marriage ended I was left in a bad state, and questioned alot of what happened. Wondering how much I was told all these years was true, even if I was ever loved. Now that I am moving on I wonder just what my chances of finding someone are. If I am 'good enough', if you will, to be loved.

I have spent alot of time in introspection and have a great support system, but that doubt usually comes up every so often.

There is a quote from a movie I saw....can't remember what it was. The quote however: Scratch the surface of any sin, and you will find pride."

Know you are not alone, the first sin is one all of us seem to deal with in one way or another. I will pray for you brother.
 
Honestly?

I struggle with forgiveness and letting things go. I tend to want to hold a grudge against those who have hurt or angered me in some way.
 
(Proverbs 11:14) states, “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” The word translated “counsel” is a Hebrew nautical term used for steering a ship. The wisdom of "godly-advisors" can help steer us in the right direction. May God counsel us here....even thru his godly men.

I struggle with sleeping, I am tempted to stay up and study etc, but I need to get rest physically too, so pray I can place my priorities in the right place in this...

"Father, let Stranger not be a stranger to your graciousness and gentleness with holding on to things You want him to give to You, bless him with your grace and love and heal him from any anxiety he faces in allowing You the victory in this. Give him Your calm disposition and a confidence in undying love for others, we pray AMEN!"

Sorry, about the irony of the "Stranger not being a stranger to...." Smile. It was just there on my lips..:o...

Well, I prayed for help to make my priorities straight, and you know what He said? He said, "Why are you praying? Just do it!" I thought about it and Poof!!!#@#@@ another Revelation hit me...I need to just do it!!! He's always with me...., and then I can pray it turns out well.....Thanks for not praying yet, but now that I have decided to obey, now ya'll can pray it bowes well and He establishes my steps. Thx Smile. :rolleyes:... (or should I just claim the promise? And take a stand preemptively against satan in His power?) Wow this is getting good...Smile)..I'll at least pray and thank Him for sure! And thankfully during too.

(Just do it....Ya gotta love it.....Just do it! Wow! Amazing....just do it...how did I miss that one? He's so awesome!...just do it!)
