I only work 8 hours.. That is a rormal shift in the US.

Not true. Many IT companies need it'ers at night if something would fail.

hehehhe, if I am allowed to continually get to bed and get up at "my time" I only sleep 7-8 hrs

how does that help? ... I can go to bed at eleven and still not fall asleep until it's 1-2 in the night
