I want to not feel icky, (I pity people who get little sleep on a regular basis, I feel sick just after two nights with not enogh of it)

I want to go back to bed

I get about 6 hours of sleep. When I work 6 hours feels like its not enough. When I don't work 6 hours feels like its too too much. I like the feeling of earned rest.

Hmm maybe when you're too unsleepy you shouldn't do anything so you can get sleepy?! I want the trip to New Mexico to be a safe journey.

a bit hard to spend too much time doing nothing this time of year.

It's not like I can take a couple of weeks off from school and do nothing :p

then I end up with white bread, it is wheat flour. I want bread that has a bit more, uh, texture.

see, that is how people get diabetes.

I don't even count it as bread. In Norway bread in the stores are marked with how much whole grain is in them.
(there is a circule symbol with 4 squares) I never buy bread with only one square, it doesnt even taste good :p

how can there be fiber in shredded wheat ? I thought that was just the core of the grain

The box says there are 6 grams of dietary fiber in a cup of Post Shredded Wheat. Do you have that in Norway? It is a breakfast cereal.

probably under a different name, there are tons of cerals, most of them with too much sugar (and I do love sugar)
