Usually people end their conversation with me saying, "take care", what does it really mean?
 
Make sure your health and well being is cared for care for yourself like I cared for my cat same thing the -take -part is hoping you'll do it from now on future tense
 
They saying I hope you'll love and care for yourself not hurt yourself also wishing you well
