He understood "religion" as he was taught.... just like almost every single one of us did. I suspect his not embracing Christianity was more the fault of the people around him who claimed to follow Jesus.

i like your style ghoti. sometimes the apparent Godless man is more profound and closer to the truth.

People could say a lot of derogatory things about us simply because we ran around in a robe with a rag tied around our head.

Im not hating on the guy or saying hes a bad person but he rejects Jesus as the Son of God like most Jews. This isn't controversial, this is central to Jewish thinking.
