im happy cos i did all 800 sit ups AGAIN :D yayyyage. not so happy about nearly chucking up everywhere though ha
 
800 is a crazily high and rediculous number. Whooaa!! I'm impressed, I don't think I could do that!
 
Making a little "cookie cottage" out of chocolate graham crackers and candy, at a church Christmas party made me happy! Of course, right after I took a picture of it, we ate it...but it was fun. :)

Nope 800 in a row. A whole hour and a half dedicated to stretching and strengthening on Mondays and Tuesdays.
If it helps me get a flat stomach and a six pack I'm not complaining. Up until two Tuesdays ago I couldn't even do 40 sit ups at a time. By the end of the lesson I'd done all 800 without a break...that was more than the previous day - the day I struggled to do even ten without having a break hahaha. It's nothing to do with your physical body strength really, it's your mind mentality
 
cant be dancing with a flabby belly though haha
crunches. we do think its 64 in 4 counts crunches. 64 in 4 counts alternate and 64 in 4 counts of where you push your legs up. thats with a thirty second or so break
then we do 128 of each in 1 count without a break
 
this boy Stephen made me happy, and I didn't even see him today. That's how amazing he is. (:
