Ah, I see. Then you'd love Italian cuisine. (not the pizza -spaghetti, but the real Italian cuisine). They keep it very simple. It's delicious. If you ever visit me, we make a trip around Europe, and I'll take you to some nice Italian restaurants!!!

Pasta is just one dish in a full Italian menu. They have excellent pastas with very little but very good sauce. They don't put to much sauces/seasoning on their dishes. Just a little bit
